- Your Shopify shop domain (example.myshopify.com)
- Whether the issue is in the merchant admin or the buyer app
- iOS or Android, and app version if you know it
- For privacy requests: whether you are the merchant or a shopper
Merchants: use this address for app setup, publishing, data requests, and deletion after uninstall.
Shoppers: start with the store you bought from. The merchant is the primary contact for orders, refunds, and account data. We help the merchant fulfil Shopify GDPR webhooks and can action what APKIOS still holds.
